Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The service I got on the phone and with delivery was second to none! Fantastic. And the recipient sent me a picture of the arrangement which only made the experience even better. When you send someone in another City a floral gift, it is impossible to know how the gift actually looked when it was delivered. I do understand that the recipient liked it very much and she even asked me where it came from, as she might use the florist in the future. I am suggesting that a florist with an on line order might photograph the plant/arrangement and send it to the sender ( how easy that would be in this modern world) so that the sender would see that it was wonderful. We have all heard horror stories about on line flower gifts - so THANK YOU so much for what I understand is quite wonderful.

Deeply appreciative of the Palms Springs Flower Mart. They delivered a Mother's Day orchid that was GORGEOUS to my mom in Rancho Mirage. It was right after florists were cleared to re-open, and many other Coachella valley florists were unwilling/unable to accomodate me. I ordered online and it was easy and they delivered. Great value as well... orchid delivered was big and blooming. Will definitely use again.
